Mr. Hollander has been practicing law since 1973. He was first licensed in Illinois where he tried cases and represented clients in the State courts, Federal courts and the Bankruptcy court. He moved to Naples, Florida in June of 1991 and has since been practicing in this area and trying cases in the State courts, Federal courts and the Bankruptcy courts. David E. Hicks
 

Mr. Hicks is a second generation native Floridian, born in Jacksonville. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1983 and has extensive jury trial experience, having served as an Assistant Public Defender in the Fourth and Thirtieth Judicial Circuits. Mr. Hicks is the author of articles published by The Florida Bar in its Continuing Legal Education Series and in The Florida Bar Journal. He is a member of The Governor's Task Force on Domestic and Sexual Violence. Mr. Hicks is also a former Assistant General Counsel for the Florida Department of Revenue which he practiced primarily in bankruptcy and related adversary litigation in the Tampa, Orlando and Fort Myers divisions of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is married and the father of two daughters
